Dr. JC van Velkinburgh
Data & Public Integrity Officer
Dr. JC van Velkinburgh earned a PhD in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics from Vanderbilt University and conducted postdoctoral research at Los Alamos National Laboratories under a Top Secret “Q” level federal security clearance. Her background includes 39 publications across original research and review articles.
Debra LaPrevotte
Data & Public Integrity Officer
Debra LaPrevotte is a 20-year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a forensic scientist with experience on the FBI’s Evidence Response Team and at the FBI Laboratory. She also served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the International Corruption Unit and helped initiate the FBI’s Kleptocracy Program.

Independent forensic review supports Genesis 2 Project® standards for evidence integrity, source verification, and responsible validation.
Forensic Media Authentication Partner
Primeau Forensics provides independent forensic analysis of video, still-image, infrared, and sensor-based captures connected to Genesis 2 Project® field investigations. Their review process supports digital integrity testing, source verification, and authentication of documented UAP events before material is presented for broader analysis or release.
